My dad drove me and we were around 20-30 minutes early I think. So I stayed in the car with him for about 10 minutes, walked to my class in 5, saw my friend killed another 10 minutes or so then walked to my classroom. I had no idea what to expect going into my first class of my college kick-off. I walked in and immediately eyes were all on me. Awkward but I didn't think much of it because I had my music in and that's all I cared about really. Waited and waited for my professor to come in. 2 minutes before the class is supposed to begin, he clicks on in. It was a tall black gentleman, which had white hair. I couldn't see much more until he walked in front of the classroom. I couldn't help but laugh a little to myself because this man was wearing a black polo with neon pink and green accents on the chest and shoulder. He had tight leather pants on..so tight you can see his entire outline of his wiener. GROSS. He wore a big buckled belt and high heeled type boots that sounded just like a stiletto. From that point on you can tell he was a total diva.
As the class time progressed he began to talk about telling students about making appointments with him for help and said he doesn't like when people stand him up and he almost got angry at everyone. I think he's been stood up a lot and not only by students. He then talked about the rudeness of some people when they talk about emailing him. He's an old guy so he's not really about that life. He said this kid said to him, "I emailed you at 2am and you never answered me back!" so the professor says to everyone, "This asshole..THIS ASSHOLE got the nerve to be so extremely rude to me and bark orders at me? Oh no, nobody is doing that to me!" I then died. He has a funny sense of humor so I can only imagine this year is going to be an interesting one with this diva-licious english teacher.
Well I'm going to look up books that I need, eat breakfast and take a nap. Tomorrow I have 2 classes! Wish me luck guys! And goodluck to anyone starting college or just something new!
You will do great things! Much love, Amber.
