Working Out is a MUST!

Ever since I was 3 I was doing sports and always in shape. I gained abs and muscles when I joined Karate at 7 and Muay Thai boxing and Jui Jistu with adults. In high school, being in track kept me in shape too, but since getting out of school.. I feel like my inner desire for desserts came back and in full effect. I am strong and still have some sort of abs..but boy are they hiding.

Since this winter was excessive and totally unwanted, it made everybody go into hibernation mode and not care one bit about their body image. Spring time is here and I can tell the weather just inspires people to get out of bed earlier and enjoy the sun while it's in full effect. And yes that means going to the gym or your living room and working out. Hear me out on this, I'm not saying go to the gym and get so big that you can't even touch your own forehead, I saying go to get in shape and get the beach worthy body to make every body else jealous. Who doesn't want a smokin' hot bod for everyone to be staring at?!

That also means changing your eating habits too! No more comfort, or junk food. Time to eat better portions and healthier options. I know for sure I definitely have to change up my eating routine into more greens and less cookies. You should too if you've been living under your bed sheets and watching tv all day snacking on some ice cream and french fries.

I encourage everyone to get up and get moving this summer! Be that healthier, hottie with a body every time you step foot out that door! Stop being lazy and making excuses, it's a beautiful day! Time to shed your winter coat and step into an itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikini! Stay fit and keep healthy to ensure a healthier and happier lifestyle! It might be hard for some people, but find that inspiration and run with it. No one can stop you and you will love your confidence and bod in the end! Work out and stay looking fabulous this spring and summer! ;)
