Australia or Paris?

 

This: "Aussie- Hair Insurance"- So I've used this product in the past before, but I for some reason stopped using heat protectant in my hair. Stupid mistake! I re-discovered this gem when I went into Wal-Mart to get my usual one and they were all out. And OMG am I so happy I rekindled my love for it. It smells amazing, makes my hair soft, shiny and straight.. and I mean straight. Like I went to bed without washing my hair and the next day it was still straight. I have naturally, messy-wavy hair so it saves me so much time getting ready in the morning. I just love the smell of it and how well it performs, however I do have one bad thing to say about it..the nozzle sprays pretty straight and doesn't really spread the product much throughout my hair, so I find that I have to go in with a brush and run it through my hair. One of the biggest bonuses of this product is that if you don't have time to wait for it to dry and just go in with your straightener, it won't give you that burnt smell in your hair and won't feel damaging at all. 

That: "L'oreal Sleek It Straight Heat Spray"- This was the other product I was using in the meantime before I re-discovered the Aussie one, the "usual one" that I mentioned earlier. Odd enough, my dad and I share hair products so he introduced me to this one a few months back. When I first used it I absolutely loved it, I didn't want to ever straighten my hair again without using this product. Buuuutt, after using it for a while, I noticed I actually really don't like this thing as much. Sure it dries quickly after application, but it doesn't leave my hair feeling moisturized at all and actually I'm pretty sure it dried my ends even more than they already are. The smell of it isn't particularly the prettiest scent, and in comparison to the Aussie one, it will give your hair that putrid burnt smell that everyone just loves! *insert sarcasm smiley face here*. The only benefit of this one is that the nozzle spreads the product pretty evenly and effortlessly, and yet there still is a con to it.. once you get to the bottom of the bottle the nozzle stops picking up product and I'm finding myself having to unscrew it and pour it into my palms with every bottle I purchase. -_-

WHICH ONE WOULD I RECOMMEND?!

If you're like me and really don't like straightening your hair without a heat protectant because your hair is your baby and you want to protect it as much as possible..I would definitely recommend THIS:"Aussie- Hair Insurance" because it's just so much better in my opinion than the L'oreal one & it's cheaper. Even though the nozzle isn't the most convenient ever, the actual product and how well it performs really outweighs the cons here. Smells nice, makes the hair feel smooth and healthy + it leaves your hair straight on second day hair...come on lazy people celebrate with me!
