Bare Republic Naturals SPF 30 Tinted Mineral Face Sunscreen LotionI must admit I was a bit excited for this product because I have been wanting a sunscreen that is lightweight on my skin but also offers some coverage. For days I'm just doing errands, I want something that doesn't look cakey or like I'm trying to hard to just pay a bill, ya know? This stuff does get a wee oily on me, but for the overall experience.. it is a sunscreen and lotion so it is going to moisturize your skin. The texture feels a bit weird to me, but after a while you get kind of used to it. So yes, I enjoyed this product and I will probably repurchase at Target!
If you know me you'd know that I'm a huge Tarte Cosmetics fan. I love the foundation I splurged on a year ago and have been wanting to try out different products from this line. So when I realized I was receiving this in my bag I got super excited! It's a waterproof bronzer, which I do believe to be true as I went in the pool with all waterproof makeup on and this stayed on. The color is bronze-y but it has shimmer in it to, so you can add this all over the cheeks for that bronze summer glow! Yes, of course I loved this product!
It's safe to say I will NOT be purchasing this product in full size or in any store. I was very excited to at least try it, but once I applied it to my hair for some texture...oh..oh hell no. It like made it even more dry than the blonde part of my hair already is. It made it look ratty and just not the cute beachy curls other products have given me. I would have loved this product a lot more if it actually made my hair look cute, but oh man did it not. NO I do not recommend this to anyone.
Yaaaayy! I love this product! The first time I wore it, I got so many compliments. The color is extremely pigmented and gives your eyes that tropical pop of blue. When applying it to your waterline it makes your eyes look big and shows that you are not afraid to mess with color. I put a little black winged eyeliner on the top with this bad boy on the bottom and it looked soo cute and spunky. It stayed for a good amount of time and didn't run down my face! The formula is very nice as well! Definitely recommend this product to anyone that like color.
*I got my tweezers in black* but let me say I was very apprehensive about getting tweezers. I never use tweezers to pluck my brows. I always use razors to shape them up because I knew tweezers hurt as my mom uses them. But I wanted to give them a go, and I actually don't mind tweezing. It hurts yeah..but it's worth it. I don't have to shape my brows up as often as I would have to with a razor so that's always a good thing. Plus, it's more precise! Needless to say, I love them and recommend them to anyone willing to try like me or to people who love tweezers!
