Stress is a B***h

   Has anyone else been feeling extremely stressed out like I have been lately? Between boyfriend drama, car conflicts, job struggles, family feuds, college controversies, my own personal mid-life crisis and other issues that could have ruined the relationship I have with my parents...I just can't think straight anymore. My brain is just so confused and numb that I have been getting these constant headaches and nothing seems to ease my mind.

   How do you relax? I honestly have no idea how to relax..my ideal thought of relaxing is sleeping. But who has time for that nowadays? My boyfriend suggested that I light candles and just watch some of my favorite T.V shows, but after a while I get bored and my mind wonders and starts its thinking process again. Then that's when the stress decides to engulf my entire mind and body for yet another round of stress. He also tried to take my mind off of everything by changing the subject so I wouldn't think just about basically.. thinking too much. So we shared funny pictures/videos, talked about brownies vs. cake, and about our future together. It worked for a while, but it would have been a lot easier to feel better if I was actually with him so I wouldn't have the distraction of social media and of my own thoughts.
  
   Stress is such a personal demon, because ultimately we are the ones that control our own emotions and what we want to feel. Just because things are getting rough and too hard to handle doesn't necessarily mean you have to be stressed out about it. If you keep a positive attitude and keep on with your life then there is no reason to let stress get to you in such a way that you can't even process your own thoughts. I've learned that recently...actually while writing this post. I'm trying to change my outlook on my life and keep a more positive mindset so hopefully my stress level will be non-existent from this point on. I really want to improve my life and i suggest anymore that is stressed out to just not be. It's definitely easier said than done, but once you've had enough of it, I'm sure you'll do anything to get rid of it for good.

 Good Luck on keeping that b***h out of your life! Because she is not wanted nor needed in your life!
